Gregory J. (Greg) Goff is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer for Andeavor. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Andeavor Logistics GP, LLC.
Prior to joining Andeavor in 2010, Mr. Goff worked for ConocoPhillips where he held a number of senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President Commercial; President Specialty Business and Business Development; President Lower 48, Gulf of Mexico and South America for Exploration and Production; President International Downstream (based in London, England); Chairman and Managing Director Conoco Limited (based in Warwick, England); Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Conoco JET Nordic (based in Stockholm, Sweden) and a number of positions in the company’s supply, trading and logistics operations. He has extensive international business experience across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Mr. Goff serves as Chairman of the Board for the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) and is a member of several other boards of directors, including PolyOne Corporation, the National Advisory Board for the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and the National Society for High School Scholars. He is a member of the Business Council and the San Antonio Economic Development Forum and a past member of the American Petroleum Institute’s Upstream and Downstream committees.
Mr. Goff holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Utah.
Keith Casey is Executive Vice President, Commercial and Value Chain, for Andeavor. Mr. Casey is responsible for maximizing value capture across all commercial activities within the Company and leading the Optimization and Supply Chain Management functions. Prior to his current role, he was Executive Vice President, Operations, where he oversaw Andeavor’s Refining; Marketing; Logistics and Environment, Health, Safety &Security groups, providing leadership in support of safe, compliant and profitable strategy execution. Mr. Casey joined Andeavor in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, bringing significant industry experience to drive strategic growth for the organization.
Prior to joining Andeavor, Mr. Casey served as Vice President, BP Products North America at the Texas City Refinery, a multi-billion dollar facility and the third largest refinery in the United States. Mr. Casey led all facets of the operation, including a high-complexity refinery and cogeneration facility with an overarching focus on restoration of business and reputation. He also has held roles with Motiva Enterprises, Shell and Praxair.
Mr. Casey is actively involved in the community and has served as Board President, United Way Galveston County Mainland and Board Member of the Galveston County Health District. He has received the prestigious Boy Scouts Golden Eagle Award for the Bay Area Council, and in 2010 was inducted into the Texas Labor Movement Hall of Fame.
Mr. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Michael Morrison is Senior Vice President, Marketing for Andeavor. Mr. Morrison joined Andeavor in 2016, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the downstream business to his role. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Morrison delivers the growth plans ahead for the Marketing business, as well as provides significant leadership in driving value across the Company’s integrated Value Chain.
Prior to Andeavor, Mr. Morrison was the Global Crude Oil Trading Lead and Lead Executive for the London office of Phillips66. He has also held several leadership positions within marketing, strategy, commercial supply and trading logistics, optimization and specialty products at Conoco, ConocoPhillips and Phillips66.
Mr. Morrison holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University.
Kim K. W. Rucker is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Andeavor. Ms. Rucker also serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Andeavor Logistics GP, LLC.
Ms. Rucker joined Andeavor in March 2016 and is responsible for the company’s Legal and Corporate Affairs functions, which include corporate governance and securities law; litigation; business ethics and compliance; transactions; intellectual property; external and internal communications; community involvement initiatives and federal, state and local government affairs. She advises the Company’s Board of Directors, officers and senior management on legal, business and policy-related matters.
Before joining Andeavor, Ms. Rucker served as Executive Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (now The Kraft-Heinz Company) in Chicago from 2012 to 2015, where she led the legal, corporate affairs and government affairs functions. From 2008 to 2012, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Avon Products, Inc. in New York.
From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Rucker served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer for Energy Future Holdings, Corp. (formerly TXU Corp.), based in Dallas. She also previously held the roles of Corporate Counsel for Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Dallas, with responsibilities for corporate governance, corporate transactions and securities law, and of Partner in the Corporate and Securities group at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago.
In addition to her roles with Andeavor and Andeavor Logistics, Ms. Rucker is a member of the Board of Directors for Lennox International Inc., which she joined in 2015. She currently serves on the Audit and Governance Committees. Ms. Rucker is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine, a nonprofit health enterprise that includes Baltimore’s Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins International.
Ms. Rucker holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School and a Master in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Iowa, where she was a Harry S. Truman Scholar and graduated with highest honors.
Steven Sterin is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Andeavor. He is also President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Andeavor Logistics GP, LLC.
Mr. Sterin joined Andeavor in 2014, bringing nearly 20 years of financial leadership to his role. As EVP and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sterin has over 10 years of large public company CFO experience and is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s financial functions including: investor relations, business planning and analysis, capital markets and treasury, accounting and controlling, customer credit, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and tax. In addition, Mr. Sterin is responsible for the company’s information technology and cyber security services.
In addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Andeavor, Mr. Sterin is also President of Andeavor Logistics (NYSE: ANDX). In this role, Mr. Sterin is responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and business performance for this leading mid-stream full service logistics company.
Prior to Andeavor, Mr. Sterin was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Celanese Corporation, a global technology and specialty material company, for seven years. During this time, he was also President of Celanese’s Advanced Fuel Technologies business. Mr. Sterin joined Celanese in 2003 as Director of Finance and Controller for the company’s chemical business and also served as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer before being appointed CFO in 2007. In 2012, the Dallas Business Journal recognized him as CFO of the Year for large public companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Prior to Celanese, Mr. Sterin spent six years with global chemicals company Reichhold, Inc. – a subsidiary of Dainippon Ink & Chemicals - in a variety of financial positions, including Director of Tax and Treasury in the Netherlands, Global Treasurer and Vice President of Finance. Mr. Sterin started his professional career at Price Waterhouse in 1995.
Mr. Sterin holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, which he earned concurrently at the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a certified public accountant in Texas. Mr. Sterin has also served as a member of the Dean’s advisory council at the McCombs School of Business (University of Texas at Austin).
Cynthia (CJ) Warner is Executive Vice President, Operations for Andeavor. She oversees Andeavor’s Refining; Logistics; and Environment, Health, Safety & Security groups, providing leadership that promotes safe, compliant, reliable execution and drives operating efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to her current role, Ms. Warner served as Andeavor’s Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, where she led the Company’s strategic growth initiatives. She joined the Company in 2014, bringing more than 30 years of experience in energy, oil refining and marketing, and related technology development.
Prior to Andeavor, Ms. Warner held executive leadership roles at several global energy companies. Most recently, she was Chairman and CEO of Sapphire Energy from 2012 to 2014, after joining as President in 2009, where she led the emerging biofuels company’s ongoing technology development and transition to commercial-scale algae bio mass and renewable crude oil production.
Prior to Sapphire Energy, Ms. Warner served as Group Vice President of Global Refining and Group Vice President of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Technology for British Petroleum (BP). During her 10-year tenure, she oversaw refining operations in five continents and led a ground-breaking cooperative effort with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to shape an industry-wide framework for clean air improvements.
Ms. Warner began her career as a chemical engineer at UOP, followed by several years in operational leadership roles at Amoco. She is a featured leader in the 2008 book Becoming a Resonant Leader: Develop Your Emotional Intelligence (Harvard Business Press) and was named one of Fast Company’s 100 most creative people in business in 2010.
In addition to Andeavor, Ms. Warner serves as a member of the Board of Directors for IDEX Corporation. She is also a member of the National Petroleum Council and the Board of Visitors of the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering.
Ms. Warner earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Nate Weeks is Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, for Andeavor.
Mr. Weeks joined Andeavor in June 2013 and is responsible for the Company’s strategy and business development functions. Mr. Weeks previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Andeavor’s logistics business.
Prior to Andeavor, Mr. Weeks fulfilled various management capacities from 1997 to 2011 with the North American subsidiaries of BP P.L.C., including Refinery CFO at BP’s Cherry Point Refinery, Strategy & Business Improvement Manager at BP’s Texas City Refinery, and positions in leadership of procurement, petrochemicals chemicals sales and marketing, and human resources. He was also a Human Resources Manager with Environmental Science & Engineering, Inc. at the origin of his career.
Mr. Weeks is a founding member of the Andeavor Foundation Board of Directors and former member of the Texas City Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo College.
Fiona C. Laird is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Andeavor and Andeavor Logistics GP, LLC.
Ms. Laird joined Andeavor in April 2018 and leads the company’s Human Resources function, playing a key role in developing the talent, organization, and culture required for its continued transformation and growth. She has broad expertise in HR strategy development, talent and organization development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, labor relations and large-scale change management gained through complex global roles and numerous business integrations. Ms. Laird advises the Company’s Board of Directors, officers and senior management on leadership development, capability building, total rewards, employee engagement and culture related matters.
Ms. Laird was most recently the Chief Human Resources & Communications officer for Newell Brands, based in Hoboken New Jersey, with responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources and internal and external Communications. Previously, Ms. Laird served in many HR, communications and legal positions over a 25-year career at Unilever. Her latter responsibilities at Unilever were as Executive Vice President, Human Resources for global Marketing, Research & Development and Communications, based in London; and as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for Unilever’s North and Latin American geographies, based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Unilever, Ms. Laird practiced law at the New York law firm of Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon; and in the Cleveland office of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLC.
From 2013-2018, Ms. Laird was a Non-Executive Director of N. Brown Group PLC, a leading United Kingdom clothing, footwear and household goods retailer, where she Chaired both the Remuneration and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees.
Ms. Laird is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow Scotland, where she completed a double major program in English and History. She holds a JD degree with honors from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
